We work with a number of specialists and medical centres where crew members will be attended with the best guarantees and services.
Our staff will accompany them at all times during their visit to the healthcare specialist, including pick-up from the ship, during the appointment, and the return to the ship once tests and diagnosis have been concluded.
We deliver the medication indicated by medical staff to the crew member, along with instructions for treatment.
If the patient needs to be repatriated following medical diagnosis, we will do everything necessary to ensure the crew member returns home with the maximum guarantees and in the shortest time possible.
